Rebuilding a platform to last
A growing SaaS had outgrown its original codebase. We re-architected the platform incrementally — no big-bang rewrite, no downtime.

The challenge
Meridian's product was successful, but its early codebase had become hard to change. Every new feature took longer than the last, and deploys were tense.
They wanted to modernize without stopping feature work or risking a fragile big-bang rewrite.
Our approach
We mapped the system, identified the highest-friction areas, and agreed on an incremental plan.
Piece by piece, we moved the platform onto a cleaner architecture with proper tests and a modern deploy pipeline.
Each migration shipped behind flags with a safe rollback, so nothing went out without a way back.
The outcome
Deploys are now roughly three times faster and far less stressful.
Error volume dropped around 60% as untested corners were replaced with covered ones.
Every migration shipped with zero downtime, and the team can add features quickly again.
The team treats maintenance as seriously as the build. A year in, our platform still feels new.
